GotyGoty Inc Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Here at GotyGoty Inc we are committed to 100% satisfation guarantee. In case any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days in a new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or give your money back. Please be advise that shipping and processing charges are not refundable. Tags should still be on garments, Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

How To Return An Item

Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us before sending back your item. This will allow us to confirm that we have the inventory in stock and can be better prepared for the arrival of your shipment with faster processing.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned, merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Returning and Restocking Fee

there is no restocking fee at gotygoty Inc, but we  do not refund the original shipping and handling fee that you paid on the order.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable.For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer shipment with information tracking.
 

 

 

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you will still have to pay return shipping fee.

 

Original packing

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

30 Days policy

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Please keep your receipt.

Refused Packages/Unclaimed packages

Please note that charges assoiciated to any unclaimed/undelivered package due to the part of client will be deducted  from client’s refund amount.

In the case your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, please note that you are responsible of the original shipping and return fees. You will also be responsible of duties, taxes, and customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. These charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund amount.
